*No trauma processing is involved. We will not revisit trauma narratives or discuss traumatic experiences. Our focus is present-moment nervous system regulation skills.

12 weekly 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions, conducted via Zoom.

Availability: Sessions are offered Monday–Friday, subject to the coach's availability.

Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for therapy.  It is tightly targeted to help clients recognize, navigate, and effectively respond to nervous system activation.  Nervous system regulation coaching can be a wonderful addition if you're already in therapy.

Desiring full life coaching

Attend weekly sessions

Learn a nervous system regulation tool, practice it together, and leave each session with one small, doable step that's the right size for you.

Skills coaching for nervous system regulation. This is not therapy and not full life coaching.

“Dysregulated” simply means your system is currently outside a workable range. We’ll learn ways to return toward center, whether from hyperactivation (fight/flight) or hypoactivation (freeze).

rescheduling

Please reschedule 24+ hours in advance.

refunds / credits

No refunds will be issued. At the coach’s discretion, credit for unused sessions may be applied to other offers (e.g., The Self-Confidence Edit or on-demand workshops).

confidentiality

Amy will keep your information private except when she has reason to believe you may be a danger to yourself or others, or if compelled by a court of law.

choice and control

You may keep your camera off, skip any exercise, or pause at any time. You will never be forced to disclose anything you don’t want to.

Frequently-asked questions

Is this helpful if I’m already in therapy?

Yes. Many clients find that nervous system regulation skills make therapy easier and more effective.  If your therapist is trained in nervous system regulation, they may be able to include it in your therapy sessions.

Will we process past events or trauma narratives?

No. We focus on present-moment nervous system regulation skills only.

What if slowing down feels worse at first?

That’s common and normal. We use small steps and orienting to keep practice and pace within a range that's doable for you as an individual.

Can I stretch sessions past 16 weeks?

To protect momentum, completion is within 16 weeks. If life happens, we’ll discuss options.
