What is Resilient Foundations Coaching?
How Resilient Foundations Coaching works
You’re carrying a lot. On the outside, you’re functioning. You go to work. You show up for the people who rely on you.
On the inside, it’s a different story.
You feel triggered by everyday situations and you’re tired of feeling blindsided by your reactions.
Your frequently feel either constantly on edge or disconnected. Sometimes it feels like you have only two settings.
Mindset tools and self-help advice are great when you're calm, but they don’t seem to work when you need them to. You may even blame yourself because they "aren't working" for you.
Part of you knows that your past experiences still affect you, but you’re not sure what to do about it in a way that feels safe and manageable.
You don’t need more pressure to "fix" yourself. You need a grounded, gentle space to build skills and capacity so that change actually has a place to land.
That’s what Resilient Foundations Coaching is designed to provide.
Resilient Foundations Coaching is a resilience-focused, faith-friendly support for women who’ve lived through hard and painful experiences and want to grow beyond them.
This offer is different from the conventional life coaching you’ll find in my signature coaching program, The Self-Confidence Edit. Instead of focusing primarily on mindset, Resilient Foundations works directly with your current trauma responses and nervous system patterns in the present.
We don’t reprocess your trauma story. We work with how your nervous system shows up today so you can expand your capacity to live life well, both now and in the future.

Together, we’ll:
If you’re Christian and would like faith to be part of your coaching, we can weave in prayer, Scripture themes such as mercy and hope, and gentle reflection through a Christian lens.
If you prefer a secular approach, your values, goals, and strengths will guide our work.
Every nervous system is different, and your starting point matters. That means that each person's results will be different depending on where they're at when we begin coaching.
What we aim for together is meaningful movement in the direction of safety, stability, and choice.

Over 12 weeks, you may notice shifts such as:

In other words, you move from “everything is happening to me and I can’t keep up” toward “I have support and tools that help me choose my next step with calmness and intentionality.”
This coaching program isn't about telling you what to do; it's about supporting you in developing the skills and self-trust to decide what to do yourself.
Because your satisfaction and safety matter, it’s important to be clear about what Resilient Foundations Coaching does not provide.

Format and length
Session flow
Each session is a mix of teaching and coaching, adjusted to your needs and progress.
A typical session might include:
Between coaching sessions, you're encouraged to focus on skill building that fits your pace and functioning, at a level that feels realistic for you. You won’t be sent home with long workbooks or complex assignments.
Our communication takes place exclusively during our weekly sessions. This helps keep the work focused, boundaried, and sustainable for both of us.
You've lived through difficult or painful experiences, regardless of whether you label them as "trauma."
You're able to function in daily life, but you often struggle to relax or frequently feel like you're in shut-down mode.
You feel mentally or emotionally stuck because of your past, and you're ready and willing to do the work to grow beyond it.
Mindset tools and self help strategies don't "stick" well for you, and you feel like there's a missing piece to your ability to make progress.
You’re stable enough to attend weekly sessions, follow basic safety guidelines, and use coping skills between sessions.
You’re open to a strengths-based, gently faith-friendly approach that focuses on what’s working and builds from there.
I take the safety and wellbeing of my clients and potential clients seriously. If any of the above apply, coaching with me isn't a good fit, and I encourage you to seek out appropriate mental health or crisis support.
Get answers to the most common questions about Resilient Foundations Coaching
No. In fact, we specifically don’t do trauma processing or trauma reprocessing in this coaching, and you won't be asked to tell your trauma story. The focus of our work is on how your nervous system responds today and how we can build your skills and capacity in the present.
You’re not required to be in therapy to participate. For some people, Resilient Foundations Coaching is a helpful precursor to therapy, because it focuses on building nervous system regulation skills and resilience. For others, it works well alongside therapy or on its own. If you believe you would benefit from clinical support, I encourage you to seek that care.
If you’re Christian and you want your faith to be part of your coaching, we can integrate prayer, Scripture themes such as mercy and hope, and reflection from a Christian perspective. If you prefer a secular approach, we’ll focus on your values, strengths, and goals without explicit faith content.
The Self-Confidence Edit is my signature trauma-informed life coaching program, designed for women who are ready to focus on self-confidence and mindset shifts. Resilient Foundations Coaching is designed specifically for women whose nervous systems need more support before conventional life coaching is likely to be effective. During your consultation, I'll help you determine which of my coaching programs (if any) is the right step for you at this time.
You don’t have to label your past experiences in any particular way to participate in Resilient Foundations Coaching. If you’ve been through hard things and those experiences still seem to affect how you show up today, we can look at what your nervous system needs now and work from there.
First, please know that it's normal to be nervous when you're considering something new. Here's what you can expect when it comes to your consultation. We'll have a 30-minute discussion where we'll talk about what you're experiencing, your goals, and the kind of help you're looking for. We'll discuss whether coaching is a good fit for you. You won't be pressured to buy. I'll suggest next steps for you, whether you end up working with me or not.
Investment:
If, within the first two sessions, we both agree that Resilient Foundations Coaching isn’t a good fit for you, you may request a refund for any unused sessions. Sessions that have already taken place aren’t refundable.
How to get started:
Attend the consultation via Zoom, where we'll discuss what you're currently experiencing, your safety and supports, and your goals for coaching.
If we decide that Resilient Foundations Coaching is a good fit for you, I’ll walk you through how to enroll and schedule your first session. If you decide it isn’t the right fit, there’s no obligation to move forward.
I am a certified Trauma and Resilience Life Coach through Arizona Trauma Institute and a Professional Certified Coach through The Life Coach School.
I created Resilient Foundations Coaching for women who are carrying the impact of hard experiences in their bodies and want a gentler, more grounded way to move forward.
Before I became a coach, I spent years wrestling with stress, self doubt, and nervous system overload. I knew and used a lot of mindset tools, but in hard seasons my body still felt stuck on high alert or shut down. Learning how to work with my nervous system, not against it, changed the way I approached my own growth. It also changed the way I support my clients.
In my work today, I blend:
My signature coaching program, The Self-Confidence Edit, focuses on self-confidence and mindset change in a trauma-informed way. Resilient Foundations Coaching is different. It is specifically for women whose nervous systems need more support before conventional coaching is likely to feel useful or sustainable.
I am a practicing Catholic, and many of my clients appreciate a faith-friendly space where mercy, hope, and healing are taken seriously. If you would like prayer or Scripture themes woven into your coaching, we can include that. If you prefer a secular approach, we will focus on your values, your strengths, and the future you want to build.
Resilient Foundations Coaching isn’t designed for emergency or crisis support.
If you’re in immediate danger, think you might harm yourself, or are in an abusive situation, please seek urgent help from qualified professionals.
Examples of crisis resources include:
If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself, please know that your life matters, and help is available.
I take the privacy and dignity of my clients very seriously. As a coach, I keep information discussed during coaching sessions confidential. However, if you begin coaching with me and I have reason to believe that you’re a danger to
yourself or others, or that you’re in danger of harm, I may need to break confidentiality in order to contact appropriate support services. We’ll talk through these safety guidelines during your consultation so that you understand them clearly.
