The Charisms For Catholics Workshop (developed by Many Parts Ministries) is a dynamic experience offering a masterclass-style deep dive into the Catholic understanding of charisms—those unique spiritual gifts you’ve received by virtue of your baptism.
Whether you’ve done previous charism workshops or retreats or are just beginning to explore this topic, this workshop will ground you in your identity as a beloved child of God and empower you to serve not from striving, but from joy.
What you'll learn
Through interactive presentations, engaging stories, and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to:
- Discern your own charisms
- Understand their purpose
- Walk away ready to use your charisms confidently in your personal, spiritual, and parish life
How it works
Your workshop ticket includes access to a comprehensive, uniquely-Catholic charism assessment through Many Parts Ministries! This world-class online assessment is designed to help you identify your likely charisms, and typically takes about 25-35 minutes to complete.
Your unique link to complete the assessment will arrive via email about two weeks before the workshop. You'll complete the assessment on your own time before the workshop begins.
You'll refer to your assessment results during the workshop as you learn about what charisms mean for you as a Catholic, the importance of discerning and testing your charisms, and steps for committing to your charisms.

Investment: $20
Includes access to your individual online charism assessment through Many Parts Ministries, admission to the online workshop, and access to the workshop replay.
Workshop format + agenda
The workshop takes place online via Zoom. It begins at 9:00 a.m. CDT and concludes by 12:00 p.m. CDT.
Each session runs around 30 minutes, with 5-minute breaks in between.

Amy Schield
Amy is a life coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator. She helps Catholics grow in their identity in Christ, learn to hear God's voice, and discern the specific gifts He gave them at baptism, so they can confidently live out His purpose for them.
Amy's credentials include a Certified Charism Coach designation through Many Parts Ministries, a Professional Certified Coach credential through The Life Coach School, and a Certified Trauma and Resilience Life Coach credential through Trauma Institute International. She's also a graduate of Encounter School of Ministry and has been coaching professionally since 2021. Amy is passionate about helping Catholics grow in relationship with God and take courageous action to live His mission for their lives.
