In-person presentations are available in the Kansas City metro area, with virtual options for groups everywhere.
All charism-based content and programs are rooted in humility, obedience, and courage, with an emphasis on individual relationship with God and discerning and acting upon charisms according to His will.

one-hour charism explainer
A dynamic introduction to charisms: What they are, where they come from, and how to begin discerning yours for the greater glory of God. A great fit for a parish talk, retreat kickoff, or single small group meeting. This presentation is a great starting point for organizations or groups who are in the early stages of exploring charisms.
half-day charism workshop
A deeper, three-hour experience combining teaching, individual charism assessment results, and guided reflection.
Note: This format is currently being offered as a public online workshop on October 24th - anyone can register directly. It's also available to bring to your group in-person or online.
Full-day charism retreat
A full day of teaching, prayer, and community discernment, this 6-hour retreat is ideal for a parish or group ready to go deeper together. Includes individual charism assessment and results.
Charism group coaching
For small groups looking for more than a single event — a parish's small group ministry, a Bible study, a prayer group, or another close-knit gathering — Amy offers a multi-session coaching experience.
This in-depth model helps participants move beyond learning about charisms and into discerning and living them out together. The group coaching experience typically spans 4-6 sessions, offering deeper guidance around discernment, hearing God's voice, and committing to their charisms. Includes individual charism assessment and results.
With a seasoned coach in their corner, Catholics can take concrete steps toward becoming who God created them to be. Clients receive an hour of private coaching each week focused on rooting their identity in Christ, learning to hear His voice, and discerning and cooperating with the charisms He's given them. That's The Key: Personalized, one-on-one coaching for Catholics who are ready to move beyond learning and into renewal of the mind in Christ. Includes individual charism assessment and results, along with personalized guidance on discerning, testing, and cooperating with God in using your charisms.

Meet Amy
Amy Schield is a Catholic life coach, speaker, and Certified Charism Coach through Many Parts Ministries. She is passionate about helping Catholics grow in their identity in Christ, learn to hear God's voice, and discern and live out the gifts He's given them. She holds a Professional Certified Coach credential through The Life Coach School, a Certified Trauma and Resilience Life Coach credential through Trauma Institute International, and is a graduate of Encounter School of Ministry. She has been coaching professionally since 2021.
Amy is based in the Kansas City metro area and serves parishes, small groups, and individuals both in-person and virtually.
